Plus, like free DLC released for their Resident Evil 2 remake, Capcom has already announced DLC for Devil May Cry 5: a return of the Bloody Palace mode that's long been a series staple. While the campaign alone hovers around 13-15 hours, there's likely double that in post-campaign content. More than a single campaign experience, Devil May Cry 5 is a game about mastery. There's lots of ways that the game encourages replayability, including higher difficulties like Dante Must Die. We spent a lot of time outside of the campaign, just mastering combos in The Void: the in-game training mode. Each is perfectly balanced and completely different from the other two. In addition to Nero and Dante, DMC 5 adds V, a character whose indirect attacks are based on animal familiars and misdirection.
